Apparently the E-Learning System Support Team at the University of Florida came up with Disaster Preparedness Simulation Exercise #5 to to "discern appropriate strategies for responding to a zombie attack and/or infection that might affect the University of Florida campus." This 6 page manual goes into detail step by step how to save their students from zombies.
